12. Financial transaction
In the cash register, it is possible to use the functions of financial transactions. This is a feature of all the money coming in or going out for something that is not a product what you sell. Financial transactions are transactions usually without articles.
Some examples are:
- Payment to suppliers out of cash drawer
- Pre-payment on tables
- If option "customers on account" is used, payment by accounts
- Loan on customers in shop
Financial transactions are separately reported on the Z reports and backoffice.
Financial transactions are no part of the profit& loss / revenue of the company.
